Do You Drink Too Much Coffee?

I always start my day with a cup of hot, wonderful coffee.  It’s just enough to wake me up and greet the day, but not too much to get me wired.  It wasn’t always like that, though.  About a year ago, I found myself drinking way too much coffee.  My daughter had been waking up a lot at night, and I decided to cope with coffee – and lots of it.  It was enough to make me snappy and jittery, which was something that no one benefited from.  I found myself barking at my kids for silly things, and feeling on edge.   Something was wrong, and I was sure that it wasn’t just the typical stresses that come with being a stay-at-home-mom.  After talking with my husband, I realized that too much caffeine was the culprit.

My husband wrote a fantastic article on caffeine that I found very helpful.  His website is full of wonderful articles, and this is just one of them I hope you enjoy.
