Reduce Your Stress

Gee, I wonder why we moms are stressed all the time? Could it be lack of sleep, too much to do, and everyone needing something?

I get stressed out plenty. I know that I need to recharge my batteries once the little things start driving me crazy, but sometimes I’m not sure where to start. Like many things, I tend to over-think what it means to get a handle on stress. I don’t really need to look much farther than my daily routine to reduce my stress, since some small changes could end up making a big difference.

After reading this article, I realize that lowering stress is easier than I thought. I think I’ll start by taking my kids for a walk this afternoon – some fresh air and a little exercise sounds pretty good right now.
