Feeling Lousy? Check This Out.

It’s getting colder out, the days are shorter, and sometimes the days just seem a little “blah.” Whether there is a specific reason, or just an overall feeling of negativity, it happens to the best of us.

I have my own little tricks for perking myself up, but sometime they take too long or aren’t on my list of healthy things to do. Sure, yoga would make me feel better… but I don’t have 30 minutes right now. And I do love ice cream, but should I eat a bowl right now just because I’m in a funk?
