Should You Go Back to Work or Stay at Home?

Many women face a challenging decision once they start a family: should they go back to the office, work part time, or stay at home?
There are pros and cons to each situation. Some families do not have a choice, which may make it even more difficult. Balancing work and family is tough, and no matter which choice you make you are bound to feel guilty or struggle with the pitfalls. There are so many issues to consider- financial responsibilities, childcare options, being away from the kids, leaving a career after years of hard work, and more.
I am a stay-at-home mom, and I love it. I have always wanted to stay home with my kids, and am very blessed to have a husband who supports that and works to make that possible. However, I can certainly understand the argument about working full or part time. Mothers at home may not struggle with being away from their kids during the day, but some moms find it difficult to maintain their identity apart from their children.
