This is the best breakfast casserole I’ve ever had! This recipe is from a friend, which she modified to make some healthier changes. It takes a little extra time, but it’s well worth it – and perfect if you’re hosting brunch or bringing a dish to a breakfast.
For Christmas this year, I decided to try my skills at making truffles. I’ve always enjoyed baking cookies, bars and cakes, so I hoped that this wouldn’t be too much of a challenge. Well, not only was it easy – but the truffles turned out incredibly well!

I love pancakes – but who doesn’t? I’ve posted a couple of recipes before (My Friday morning Pancakes, and Egg Nog Pancakes) but this one needs to be included. These buttermilk pancakes are off the charts!
When I found out that Costco stopped carrying our favorite pre-marinated pork tenderloin, I was disappointed. It had been so easy to just throw that tenderloin in the oven and have a fantastic meal ahead of us! I went ahead and bought the unseasoned pork tenderloin, and headed home to find a good marinade recipe. I looked up a few recipes, and found this one that I thought you may enjoy. My family loved this new dinner, and I don’t think we’re going to miss the old one anymore!
It’s New Year’s Eve! If you have any leftover Egg Nog, here’s a great use for some of it. These pancakes are festive, fun, and delicious.
These dessert bars are sure to be a hit at any gathering this season. They are simple, quick to prepare, and absolutely delicious!

It’s wonderful as a side dish with chicken, meatloaf, pork chops… or any other comfort food. This is also very easy to double if you have a large crowd, so keep this in mind for the holidays!
