I’ve spent quite a while looking for the right peanut butter cookie recipe. Mine seem to always be too crunchy or too crisp, and I’ve been searching for a recipe that produces soft, chewy cookies. Well, I have finally found it. I can’t believe how simple these cookies are (and you don’t have to chill the dough, which is something I always forget about) – and they are absolutely yummy.
This is a corn chowder that I absolutely love, and have received rave reviews from friends and family. I’ve made this for company, for a group of people, and doubled it to take to friends after they have a baby. With winter upon us, I’m loving recipes like this one, and plan to pass along all of my favorites.
